Acubiz reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the course non-viable.
Acubiz reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student and not to refund the Course Fees without giving any written notice on any grounds.
If Acubiz cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund within 15 working days from the date of Cancellation. If the payment is made online then refund will be done online to the account from which the payment was made.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, Acubiz has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
